"I really wanted to be into this, but..."
I really wanted to be into this, but wow, the smell hit me hard. It’s super sweet and kind of perfume-y, and it just hangs around way longer than I’d like. I gave it a couple tries, but every time I used it, the scent bothered me so much that I ended up stopping. No issue with anything else really, just couldn’t get past how strong it was.

"A little too greasy for my skin"
I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t work for me. The texture is thick, and after I put it on, it felt like it just sat on top of my skin forever instead of really sinking in. By the time I was going about my day, my face still felt greasy, so it wasn’t the best fit for me.

"Delivery was a bit slow, but everything arrived fine"
The shipping took a little longer than I expected, but to be fair, the item did arrive safely and in good condition. Not the fastest delivery, but overall it was still okay.

"Support felt slow and a bit frustrating"
In my experience, getting help took longer than I expected. I had to send a few emails before I got anything that felt like a real answer, and even then the replies were short and didn’t really solve the problem. It kind of felt like generic copy-and-paste responses. The product itself was fine, but for the price, I personally expected better customer support, and that made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

"Left my skin red and irritated"
I used this one time and by the next morning my skin had red, itchy bumps and a burning feeling. I don’t think anyone should have to deal with that from a skincare product. Maybe it works for some people, but my experience was really uncomfortable.

"Actually helped smooth out my bumps"
I wasn’t super consistent at first because I kept getting busy and forgetting, but even with that, this started working fast. The little bumps on my skin calmed down a lot, and now it feels way smoother than before...
